This paper examines the linguistic features and pedagogical approaches employed in "The Lawyer's English Language Coursebook" (hereinafter referred to as "the Coursebook"). The Coursebook is a specialized English language learning resource designed for lawyers and law students. Through a qualitative analysis of the Coursebook's content, this study identifies the key linguistic features and pedagogical approaches used to facilitate language learning for legal professionals. The findings suggest that the Coursebook effectively integrates authentic legal materials, provides explicit language instruction, and promotes learner engagement through interactive exercises. However, the study also reveals some limitations, including a lack of attention to certain linguistic aspects and a predominantly traditional approach to language teaching.
