SimCity Error Updating – “Please Retry” – Any fixes? Simcity Error Updating Please Retry
When trying to update or launch SimCity (standard/digital deluxe) through the EA App, I receive the error: “Error Updating. Please Retry” The error appears immediately after clicking “Update” or sometimes when trying to launch the game directly. No progress bar moves. The same error recurs after retrying. Here’s a prepared post you can copy and paste for forums, social media, or a support thread. I’ve included a few versions depending on where you’re posting. Getting “SimCity Error Updating. Please Retry.” Tried restarting Origin/EA App, running as admin, and clearing cache. Still no fix.
