Elena dragged the new "Emotion Weave" slider. The usual options appeared: Skin Defects. Wrinkles. Dark Circles. But below them, a new tab glowed: Retouch4me Update

She dragged Retouch4me over her own face.

She looked at her reflection in the black mirror of her monitor. For a terrifying second, she didn't know if the face staring back was her own, or a rendering waiting for approval.

A chill ran down her spine.
