1. Introduction The Hyundai i30 GD (GD-01), produced from 2012 to 2016, represents the second generation of Hyundai’s popular compact hatchback. Depending on the trim level (Comfort, Style, Premium, etc.), these vehicles were equipped with either a standard 3.8-inch monochrome display audio system or a 5.0-inch / 7.0-inch touchscreen navigation system powered by Gen5W (5th Generation Wide) or earlier Gen4 software architecture.
