Inside was the dload folder containing UPDATE.APP (950MB) and SD card update guide.txt . The MediaPad was picky. It wouldn’t flash via internal storage. Leo found a dusty 8GB SD card (formatted to FAT32 – critical step). He created a folder named dload (all lowercase) at the root of the card and copied only the UPDATE.APP file inside.
