How To Factory Reset Safaricom Neon Ray Pro 〈HIGH-QUALITY Release〉

After completion, Reboot system now will be highlighted. Press Power.

Document Purpose: To provide a safe, complete method to erase all user data and restore the Safaricom Neon Ray Pro to its original出厂 settings.

Press and hold the Volume Up button + Power button simultaneously.

Navigate to Yes — delete all user data and press Power. After completion, Reboot system now will be highlighted

Navigate to Settings (gear icon).

Scroll down and select Device (or "Phone Settings" depending on firmware version). Release the Power button when the Safaricom/Neon logo

Power off the device completely. Remove and reinsert the battery (if removable) to ensure it is off.

Enter your phone’s lock code (default is usually 0000 or 1234 ).
