New PC players who started with GoW 2018 are confused about who Kratos is, why he’s haunted, and what “the Ghost of Sparta” means. A GoW 2 port (maybe with GoW 1 and 3 ) would fix that.

With the success of God of War (2018) and Ragnarök on PC, it’s easy to forget that the classic Greek saga is still mostly locked to PlayStation hardware. But lately, I’ve been thinking: A GoW 2 port (maybe with GoW 1 and 3 ) would fix that
Uncharted, Spider-Man, The Last of Us, Horizon, Days Gone … even Returnal . The only major first-party PS exclusives not on PC now are Bloodborne (don’t start) and the Greek God of War games.
It’s not if , but when . I’d bet we see an announcement by late 2026 or 2027, probably as a lead-up to a new Greek-era spin-off or prequel.
