Many scam sites will offer FC2-PPV-4511126.part1.rar for free but require a "premium account" or a "credit card verification" to download part 2. This is 99% a scam. Legitimate uploads usually post all parts simultaneously on free hosts like 1fichier or GoFile. Summary: Is it worth it? If you already own the original video on FC2 and lost the file, downloading these split parts might be a backup solution.
