Modern education demands more than content memorization. The FACES framework addresses five core competencies, while Edu Plus programs provide enriched contexts to practice them. This paper asks: How can Edu Plus environments operationalize FACES to improve learning?

This paper explores the synergy between the FACES developmental framework and Edu Plus enrichment models in K–12 education. FACES—Focus, Application, Collaboration, Expression, Synthesis—provides a scaffold for cognitive and socioemotional growth. Edu Plus extends traditional curricula through technology, arts, and real-world problem-solving. A mixed-method review of three case schools shows that combining FACES with Edu Plus increases student engagement (24%), critical thinking scores (18%), and collaborative skills (31%).
