Drivers Medion Pc Mt 14 Here

I found a sticker inside the case that says "MD 62450" — is that the correct service code?

I recently picked up a used Medion PC MT 14 (I think it might be part of the Akoya or Erazer line, but the label just says "MT 14"). I did a fresh install of Windows 10 (tried 11 as well), but now I’m missing several drivers — especially for the chipset, audio, and network adapter (no Wi-Fi or Ethernet at the moment).
