An EX4 file is a compiled executable file used by MetaTrader 4 (MT4) , a popular trading platform. These files contain Expert Advisors (EAs) , custom indicators, or scripts written in MQL4 (MetaQuotes Language 4). Once compiled, the source code (.mq4) is converted into bytecode (.ex4) to protect intellectual property and improve execution speed.

Pretty sure that’s a false positive David. Its a direct link to VxDiags downloads from their website. If you think Vxdiags website is infected you should let them know.
