I was worried that watching it in 1080p at home instead of in IMAX would lose the tension, but this copy is crisp. More importantly, the sound design (even through regular speakers) is stressful in the best way. Lupita Nyong'o is phenomenal – she brings so much emotion with just her eyes and body language.

Skip the sequel debate—this prequel stands alone. Highly recommend the 1080p rip if you missed it in theaters. Sound mix is chef's kiss .
